I recently got into a deep conversation with a reader about dreams. Recently we both had been having odd dreams that we couldn't shake. The reader who reached out to me said that it was okay to share her dream but asked that I not reveal her identity.
Growing up, I remember randomly finding tarot cards around our house. It wasn't the whole deck but just a random card or two stuck in between books or in a closet. They belonged to my dad. He had a french Rider Tarot deck that he carried while he was in the military. He told me not to use them and that he stopped reading them before he got out of the military. A few weeks ago while at Beads and Botanical, I found the English version of the same deck. I decided to try learning how to read Tarot cards. I bought the deck thinking it would allow me to tap into the same spirits guides or whatever that helped my dad. Either way, it is a connection to him.
As y'all know I was away the last few weeks in North Carolina visiting my family. This is the longest I have been away from Jeremy by choice (as oppose to the military sending him away) and definitely the longest I have been away from the cats and our spirits. I missed them. And judging by the messages and pictures I received while gone, it's safe to say they all missed me too.
Things around here are still crazy busy but as you know, that’s how I love it. If you have been following my social media, you already know that Rampu has been pretty active this weekend. I even managed to catch him turning on on video! Normally he is camera shy and won’t turn on or off until shortly after I lower my phone or camera. Friday morning Rampu woke me up by flashing on and off quite a bit around 5am. I’m happy he did because I got to watch a gorgeous sun rise. I have never seen lilac colored skies before. I think he was active because later Friday morning we had a few thunderstorms come through the area.
Before I jump into this post I wanted to let you that the podcast I was interviewed for is now live. I loved talking to Shelby and Bella. I hope y’all enjoy the episode and start listening to them more often if you don’t already. Weird Wacky Wonderful Stories is a great podcast with a… Continue reading My Paranormal Bucket List
In my previous post I wrote about fun investigations. Jeremy recently went on one while he was in San Diego for recruiting school. Sadly, I wasn’t there to go with him. This is definitely on my list of places I want to investigate bucket list. The Whaley House is someplace my dad and I talked about going to visit sometime. The history of the house intrigued my dad. Hopefully, I will get a chance to visit the Whaley House soon.
