A couple of weeks ago it was Bagheera's birthday. Since he is much pickier about his stuff than Katniss is, Jeremy and I weren't sure what to do to celebrate his birthday. He didn't like balls, hair ties, or scary movies like Katniss. He is also is pickier about his treats than her. We were stumped.
On Monday, Japan celebrated White Day. As mentioned in my post about how Valentine's Day was celebrated over here in Japan, Valentine's Day is mainly for the men. Then on March 14, the women get to be the ones showered with chocolates and presents.
A tradition I found out about around New Year's is called Fukubukuro or Lucky Bag. It is a way for the stores to get rid of last year's merchandise and start the year off with great sales.
Today was interesting. Nothing turned out as planned.
In July a new You Me Town mall opened in Hatsukaichi outside of Hiroshima. Charleen, Jeremy and I decide to drive up to check it one day.
